IPPN Annual Principals’ Conference & Education Expo 2023 took place in INEC Gleneagle, Killarney on Wednesday, November 15th to Friday November 17th.  950+ principals and more than 100 guests attended the event, which focused on the theme 'Leading with Purpose'.

Leadership Pathways:Attendees participated in and contributed to a ‘think tank’ to capture the practical ways in which school leaders are managing to maintain a focus on their core purpose and share leadership effectively. The wisdom of the collective will inform our practice as individuals, which has the potential to be hugely impactful.
