E-scéal 193 - IPPN Seminar 'Your School and the Law' in Sligo on 21st March

Mr David Ruddy, Barrister and Principal, in conjunction with IPPN, is facilitating a new series of one-day legal seminars entitled 'Your School & The Law'. The next seminar will be held in Sligo at the Sligo Park Hotel on Saturday 21st March.
Keynotes and Q&A sessions will be delivered by a combination of the following speakers:

- Enrolment - Policy, Procedures & Appeals
- Health, Safety & Welfare - Risk Assessments & Safety Statements
- Employment - Recruitment & Contracts.
These seminars will be of interest to all those involved in primary and second-level education, including Teachers, Principals, Board of Management members and Parents.

In an era when legal matters increasingly impinge on schools, it is higly desirable that the Board of Management, teachers and Parents' Association become well informed on legal issues.
