E-scéal 222 - TextaParent.ie – IPPN Support Office open at weekend for new accounts

The IPPN Support Office will be open tomorrow Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th January to facilitate Principals who wish to activate a TextaParent account or need credits allocated to their existing account. During the weekend many Principals will be consulting with their Chairpersons in deciding on whether their school will be open or closed on Monday 11th January.
Our Support Office has received hundreds of calls in the last few days from Principals wishing to avail of the TextaParent service. In order to facilitate Principals at this difficult time, our support office staff will be available by telephone from 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Alternatively, you can register your request for the TextaParent service by emailing info@ippn.ie
