Date for your Diary – IPPN Principals’ Conference 2012
Citywest Hotel & Convention Centre will be home to IPPN Principals’ Conference from 26th - 28th January 2012.
The keynote address will be made by Mary Robinson, President of the Mary Robinson Foundation - Climate Justice (MRFCJ). Registration for conference will be on-line and available from mid-November. We are delighted to acknowledge the support of the Department of Education in the provision of 2 days sub cover for Teaching Principals attending the event.
Clarification Regarding Appointment of Teachers
Any permanent teaching post that is now vacant may be filled in a permanent capacity. It must first be offered to anyone on a panel if there is still one in operation in your area. If the panel is clear then it can be advertised as normal on EducationPosts.ie. There is one proviso – the teacher must actually be in situ by the first working day in November, which this year is Monday the 7th.
