Recruitment - IPPN Resource Bundle
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new support for principals - IPPN Resource Bundles. Resource Bundles are a one-stop-shop, where you will find the answers, supporting documentation and reading materials relating to the most common queries principals encounter in the day-to-day management of their schools. This comprehensive new resource, produced in an e-publication format, means you can read and interact with the publication in a user-friendly manner.
The first bundle to be launched covers the topic of Recruitment and offers a step-by-step guide to following the recruitment process as well as answering the most frequently asked questions. The resource bundle aims to achieve the following:
• new comprehensive resource – planned group of 6 for 2012/2013
• concise, user-friendly format - easy to digest
• simplified language, avoids legal terminology and jargon
• links with source material - circulars, publications and further reading
• the bundles will cross- reference each other, as our library of Resource Bundles grows.

NEWB new practice model of service delivery for DEIS and non-DEIS schools
NEWB is seeking the views of school principals on a schools guidance document - One Child, One Team, One Plan: NEWB Service Delivery for DEIS and non-DEIS Schools – a companion document to a new practice model for its integrated services.
The purpose of the schools guidance document is to convey to schools how the NEWB’s three service strands (EWS, SCP and HSCL) will work together in applying and operating the new practice model, but most importantly, how schools themselves will engage with the new model.
