New Garda Vetting FAQs
The Department of Education & Skills has issued a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document relating to the vetting of student teachers and visiting agency workers - Tusla, Inspectors etc. Further information on TY students and coaches will be published once available.

Research on the benefits of graded reading schemes in schools – Meath
Sara McCauley, Principal of Coole NS, Garadice, Kilcock, is writing a research paper on graded reading schemes as part of a Master's in Education, with the aim of ascertaining whether or not they are worth the investment, given that there is no Department funding for them. She would like to speak with principals or teachers in Meath who have implemented a graded scheme in the last 3 to 5 years. IPPN County Concerns
Your National Council Representatives have been invited to attend a the National Council AGM on November 18th.
In preparation for this meeting, IPPN Board of Directors wishes to consult with all members. Over the next couple of days, you will receive an email requesting you to forward the concerns you wish to have addressed to your National Council Representatives.
