Planning Prompts
This term, consider building in opportunities to acknowledge the work of staff. Celebrate success. You can always find reasons to celebrate – an interesting project, a beautiful piece of artwork, a kindness shown to someone – the list is endless. A simple treat in the staffroom on a Friday, especially in the run up to the long weekend, can go a long way to lifting spirits and letting staff know that their efforts are appreciated.
