An online Summer Course designed to professionally support Newly Appointed Principals and aspiring leaders. It involves 20 hours of online learning during the month of July.

This is a highly practical step-by-step course built on the collective wisdom and experience of seasoned principals. The course is designed to professionally support Newly Appointed Principals through the first day, first week, first month and first year of their Principalship or as a refresher for experienced Principals. Research Invitation
New Foundations: Exploring Gender Identity and Gender Norms in Primary School

This study has been funded by the Irish Research Council and it is a partnership between the University of Limerick and the Transgender Equality Network of Ireland (TENI). This is the first study of its kind in Ireland and it will:
• explore the experiences of transgender and gender-diverse children (children who reject traditional gender norms) and their families in negotiating everyday school life in primary schools
• gain new insight into the experiences and approaches of primary school leaders and teachers in addressing the needs of transgender and gender-diverse students
