Mentoring Programme
CSL integrated into Oide in September 2023. The former CSL Mentoring Programme continues under the remit of Oide to support the induction and development of all newly appointed principals.

Together with the innovative work of IPPN and NAPD in group mentoring, Oide Bespoke Mentoring for principals experiencing challenge and the developmental work of Oide Induction in relation to mentoring supports for newly qualified teachers, the Irish system can pride itself on promoting a strong mentoring culture in schools.
