The Irish Primary Principals' Network (IPPN) is
  • the officially recognised professional body for leaders of Irish Primary schools.

  • provide guidance and advice.
  • deliver a range of bespoke web based services.
  • survey Principal's experience and opinion.
  • conduct and publish education research.
  • influence education policy development.
  • negotiate commercially for the benefit of members and schools.

IPPN articulates

  • the collective knowledge and professional experience of 6,600 Principals and Deputy Principals.
  • the day-to-day reality of over 500,000 children being educated in Ireland's 3,300 Primary Schools.
The Irish Primary Principals' Network, trading as IPPN Limited, is a company limited by guarantee not having a share capital, registered in Cork, Ireland with registered company number 410096 and a registered address at Glounthaune, Co. Cork. IPPN Limited is a registered charity with CHY number 17221. IPPN developed EducationPosts.ie in 2002 to meet the needs of primary school Principals. It was since extended to all education sectors who also had a need for a dedicated website for education-related vacancies.
