Budget 2015 – IPPN’s Reaction
IPPN’s reaction to Budget 2015 was issued to the media on Tuesday. While we welcomed the announcement of additional teachers and SNAs, we noted a positive impact will not be felt in the classroom as it is to cater for the growing school population. IPPN highlighted that the area of concern for members was the continued decrease in the capitation grant. The reduction will compromise the ability of the school to maintain its own facilities and to pay bills.
