Principals’ Conference 2022 – Seminars: What topics would you like next year?

Deputy principals were asked last week about preferences for seminar topics at the next conference in November. The IPPN Support Office Team is also reviewing possible options for the principals’ annual conference next year, which is likely to be held in early February. Feedback from attendees at the virtual event in May, attended by over 600 principals and guests, indicated a preference for the following topics:
- Technology in Education
- Financial Planning
- Supporting in-school management
- Time Management
- Trends in Education (national & international)
- SEN Support
- Leadership Styles
- Sustainable Leadership
- School Policies
- Legal Issues
- Recruitment & Appointments
- Staff & School Community Relations
- Work/Life Balance
- Distributed Leadership
