Leadership Pathways
Leadership Pathways at the IPPN Principals’ Conference 2022 is designed by principals for principals and consider various stages of the leadership journey. This year, each Pathway focuses on a particular aspect of the event theme: ‘REAL: Reflective, Empowered, Authentic Leadership’. Principals are advised to attend the Pathway based on the number of years served as school leader.

Seminars
The 11 seminars at this year’s conference were developed to meet the needs of the school leader. They cover a wide range of topics addressing important issues relating to school leadership and management as well as professional and personal development.
