EducationPosts.ie Support Hours

Advertisements from existing EducationPosts.ie accounts activate automatically by the system after 30 minutes and are published on the website according to the Requested Activation Date.
Accounts that have not previously advertised on EducationPosts.ie must have their first advertisement manually approved by the Support Team. Advertisements are activated every 3-4 hours during office hours in order of receipt (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday). Advertisements uploaded to the website after 5.00pm on Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be activated the following working day.
For public holidays in Ireland, advertisements will be activated the next working day.

The most up-to-date information available to schools on the advertising timelines for teacher vacancies is Information Note 08/2022. Teacher, Deputy Principal and Principal posts must be advertised on EducationPosts.ie for 7 days. To be compliant with recruitment advertising timelines, EducationPosts.ie will not permit advertisers to select a closing date earlier than is permitted by DE guidance. If there is any future DE guidance on this topic, EducationPosts will be updated immediately.
