External Research Request: Supporting Inclusive School Leadership Community of Practice: Participants

Members are invited to participate in a study being conducted by primary principal Aidan Raftery of Duleek NS that will investigate if participation in a Community of Practice (CoP) can support school leaders to lead their increasingly diverse schools. More specifically, the CoP will focus on what principals can do to support the inclusion of pupils in special classes with their mainstream peers. It will focus on principals of mainstream schools with special classes. The CoP will be known as the Supporting Inclusive School Leadership Community of Practice (SISLCoP) and will meet regularly to discuss challenges in implementing inclusive practices in their schools and work together to form solutions.  Participants would ideally be located in the northeast, as they will be required to attend some meetings in the Louth/Meath area as well as on zoom.  If you would like more information and to partake in this research, email mr.aidan.raftery@gmail.com
