Please note that the Primary supervision opt out form in respect of the 2009/10 school year has been placed on the Department's website, the form can be accessed as follows: Education Personnel -> Primary -> Supervision -> SUPERVISION - 2009/10 SCHOOL YEAR. The closing date for receipt of the form is Friday, 12 February 2010.
