WATER CHARGES for schools is not about 'being fair' said Minster for Education Batt O'Keeffe during his visit to New Ross on Friday.
During his visit to both the Good Counsel College and Adamstown Vocational School, the Minister outlined that a 'special element' to the Summer Works Scheme this year will 'reduce significantly the impact of the totality of the charge' on already cash-strapped schools.
