Dear Minister O'Keeffe, There is not a moment to be lost if this country is to be saved from torpor and worse.
Therefore I want to tell you, as our new Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, a story.

"It's my fake tan," she said cheerfully, when I enquired as to her healthy glow. "I got it in the beauty salon (she named a very reputable local salon) and it only cost me €15.
