In her first major engagement as Minister of Education, An Tánaiste, Mary Coughlan TD will attend the first of the annual Teacher's Conferences this afternoon in Sathill in Galway.
Minister Coughlan will be attending the INTO conference which is expected will be the least contentious of all teachers conferences this week as their trade union has recommended acceptance of the recent pay proposals.
