0036/2012 - (Teachers) Amendment 2012 - Self Certified Sick Leave Arrangements
There will be an initial maximum of 7 days self-certified sick leave permitted in the period 1 August 2012 until 31 July 2014 for teachers. From there on, up to 7 days paid self-certified leave can be taken in any rolling two-year period from 1 August 2014.
