Bí Cineálta Procedures
You cannot do it all!
You do not have to rise to every challenge the day presents. Taking a step back can help you distinguish between those challenges that need your attention and those you can set aside. What challenges can you defer in order to focus on the important issues? You can do anything, but you cannot do everything. Take some time this week to reflect on the following: Are you doing something that somebody else could be doing, should be doing or is being paid to do? Consider how to build a strong team.
