Anew play written by Irish novelist Eoin Colfer, author of the Artemis Fowl book series, attempts to deal with the issue of bullying in school. The picked-on protagonist is an eight-year-old Catholic girl, Mary, who’s preparing for her First Holy Communion. The ringleader is Majella, a girl in Mary’s class who makes use of her talent for rhyming by creating taunts.
