IPPN cordially invites you to Exhibit at our 2010 Annual Principals’ Conference Trade Expo

Where: CityWest Hotel & Conference Centre

This superb venue is located in Citywest, Saggart, Co. Dublin, just off the Naas Road and 9 miles from Dublin City Centre. This hotel is very accessible from Dublin's International Airport, the Luas light rail system, the M50 Roundabout and Newlands Cross.

When: The Trade Expo will open at 9am Thursday 28th and run until 6pm Saturday 30th January, 2010.

Why:
  • IPPN's Annual Conference is home to Ireland’s leading and largest annual Primary Education Exhibition
  • If you have a product or service aimed at the primary school market then the IPPN Trade Expo brings this target market to you
  • Over 1,000 Principals and Educational Professionals attended IPPN’s annual signature event in 2009 with the same number of school decision-makers expected in 2010
  • In addition to the 1,000 delegates attending the conference and trade expo, IPPN will be inviting all 3,400 Primary Schools’ Principals along with teachers and parents to visit the Trade Expo across the three days of the event
  • Due to the location there is also no requirement for the Trade Expo to shut down during Plenary Sessions this year.

Trade Expo Information:

  • The Trade Expo will be hosted on the first floor of CityWest Hotel’s new Conference Centre, the IECC
  • The Conference Centre Exhibition area holds approximately 95 exhibitors, showcasing everything from classroom furniture to interactive technology
  • All refreshment breaks for the 1,000+ conference attendees will be hosted in the Trade Expo area ensuring frequent opportunities to engage with Principals and share information about your products and /or services
  • The 2010 Trade Expo will run across three consecutive days;
  • Thurs 28th, Fri 29th January: 8.30am - 6pm and Sat 30th January: 9am - 6pm
  • The 2010 Trade Expo will remain open throughout all conference sessions and is open to all Principals, teachers and parents during this time.

Áine Lynch

Áine started her career as a trainee accountant but then changed direction and qualified as a general and paediatric nurse. After a number of years in nursing she went back to fulltime education where she completed an honours degree in Behavioural Sciences. She moved to Ireland in 1996 and worked for two years in the area of child psychiatry in the Eastern Health Board following which she went on to work for the ISPCC as the Childline Manager. She finished her nine years with the ISPCC as the Director of Services, and in August 2007 Aine was appointed CEO of the National Parents' Council Primary. Áine passionately believes all decisions in schools should be child-centred without compromise and believes this will be best achieved by fostering positive relationships between parents and teachers, particularly between Parents' Associations and school leaders.
